  Preventative maintenance is the key to excellent system performance! We perform periodic system health and optimization checks on critical system components such as; the Operating System (OS), Applications, Interfaces, and Control Functions.
  
  Knowing the history of your system's operation is part of the solution for top performance and speedy repairs. We not only baseline the OS and services, but also some of the applications, and it's done at strategic times such as initial system inspection, scheduled periods, and whenever significant system changes are made.

  We are expert at performing both software and hardware upgrades on both LCN and Experion systems. We plan, coordinate, and perform upgrades properly. Our goal is always to perform both on-process migrations and off-process upgrades without incident.

  Too often process control systems are excluded from company LAN security, and often times no one takes ownership of the process control system security, so consequently these system contain multiple and sometimes major security breaches. We can analyze the system and interview the users to understand the system security features, report the findings to the client, and help make needed corrective actions.
